Official Rules, Eligibility, Prize Details & Privacy Notice

We're working for those who served.
Thank you for connecting with Chapel Corps. Our mission is to serve veterans, their families, and our communities by building meaningful relationships.
At our veteran resource event, we're giving one eligible participant the opportunity to win dinner for two at Chuy's.
1. Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Sponsor: Chapel Corps, 3900 Threadgill Street 5, Austin, TX 78723.
Promotion period: October 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Central Time.
How to enter: Text your employer name or employment status to 512-200-EPIC during the promotion period.
Acceptable responses include:
- Your employer's name
- Self-employed
- Retired
- Unemployed
- Student
- Prefer not to say
You are not required to disclose your employer to participate.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will not increase the odds of winning.
No purchase, donation, employment, membership, employer introduction, or consent to future marketing is required.
Alternative entry method: Enter free at the Chapel Corps table during the promotion period. Provide your employer name or employment status (including “Prefer not to say”) and a telephone number or email address so we can notify you if you win. The same eligibility requirements and one-entry-per-person limit apply across both entry methods.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Are legal residents of Texas.
- Attend the designated Chapel Corps event on October 23, 2026.
- Submit an eligible entry during the promotion period.
Individuals administering the giveaway are ineligible.
Employment status does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
3. Prize Details
One complimentary dinner for two at Chuy's.
The prize consists of one Chuy's certificate providing:
- Dinner for two, up to a total value of $50.
- Gratuity and alcoholic beverages excluded.
- Redemption subject to the certificate's terms and applicable restaurant requirements.
Approximate retail value: $50.
The prize is not redeemable for cash through Chapel Corps.
Chuy's is not represented as sponsoring or endorsing the promotion unless a separate sponsorship arrangement has been expressly authorized.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Drawing date and time: October 23, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. Central Time.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified using the telephone number or email address provided with the winning entry.
The selected entrant must respond within 30 minutes of notification and satisfy eligibility requirements to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is ineligible, Chapel Corps may select an alternate winner.
5. Privacy Notice
Your trust matters to Chapel Corps.
When you enter, we collect your telephone number or email address, submitted employer name or employment status, and the information needed to administer the giveaway.
We use this information to:
- Receive and verify entries.
- Administer the drawing and notify the winner.
- Prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries.
- Better understand the communities and organizations represented at our events, consistent with this notice.
Your participation does not authorize Chapel Corps to contact your employer on your behalf, identify you as a referral source, or suggest that you or your employer endorse Chapel Corps.
Chapel Corps may independently research organizations through publicly available information without identifying individual participants.
We do not treat entry into this giveaway as consent to receive recurring marketing communications.
Any invitation to remain connected with Chapel Corps or introduce an employer will be a separate, voluntary choice.
Entry information will be accessible only to authorized personnel and necessary service providers supporting the promotion, subject to appropriate safeguards. It will be retained only as long as necessary for drawing administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified under Chapel Corps' approved retention schedule.

6. Text Messaging
By voluntarily texting an entry, you request participation in the drawing and may receive messages reasonably necessary to administer it, including entry confirmation and winner notification.
Entering does not subscribe you to ongoing Chapel Corps marketing texts.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier.
Reply STOP to opt out of automated messages, subject to applicable messaging procedures.
Any separate recurring SMS program will provide its own disclosures and consent process.
7. General Conditions
Chapel Corps reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible entries and to address technical failures or circumstances materially affecting the fair administration of the promotion, consistent with applicable law.
All entrants must comply with these Official Rules.
The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
